“In 2025, the TED BED sales team underwent a 4-module training, organized and conducted by the Heat Development team. The training was distinguished by its non-standard and memorable approach, which went beyond traditional formats and methodologies.

Particularly impressive was the integration of Aikido principles into the training process. This innovative element not only created strong engagement among the participants, but also provided a deep understanding of the dynamics of communication, building trust and "leading" in negotiation situations - all key aspects in sales communication. The Aikido approach was presented not just as a metaphor, but as a real, applicable tool in the work of every salesperson - the ability to "take the energy" of the client, direct it and work in synergy, not in opposition.
