WHAT DOES THE PROGRAM INCLUDE?

NAVIGATOR Simulation: A unique gaming experience in which managers lead a crew to Treasure Island, testing their leadership decisions in real time.
Key topics: Situational management, communicating vision and goals, effective task assignment, team motivation and engagement, performance feedback, etc.
REGISTRATION AND ORGANIZATION
The price for participation in the two-day training is 395 euros, excluding VAT, and is paid in advance upon registration. The price includes training materials, lunches, coffee breaks and a certificate of successful completion of the training.
The two-day training is held in person in a hall. The maximum group size is up to 12 participants.
