Strategic negotiations involve much more than choosing between a cooperative and a competitive approach. They are characterized by a high degree of complexity and balancing between many factors - short-term and long-term results, cross-cultural aspects, connections and opportunities in a broader context (outside the negotiating table), anticipation of probable scenarios and their prevention. As a result of the module, participants will improve their skills in strategic negotiation by raising their situational awareness, seeing the big picture, applying proactivity and creativity, effective adaptability to new information and unfamiliar environment.
For whom: The module is suitable for experienced negotiators who have been trained and already know the rational and emotional aspects of the negotiations from the previous two modules. Participants will be prepared to conduct complex negotiations regarding long-term relationships in which the stakes are high and failure is not an option.
Program:
The participation fee in the 2-day online training is 264 euro, VAT not included. The fee is paid up to 10 days before the start of the program. The options for discounts are the following: when signing up for 2 modules - 10%; when registering for 3 modules - 15%; when signing up for the 4 modules - 20%.
