Angelina Ivanova is the Founder and Managing Partner of Heat Development Solutions. With over 20 years of leadership in organizational growth, she built the company on a singular premise: sustainable corporate success begins with unlocking the holistic potential of its people.
Under her direction, Heat Development Solutions has become a trusted strategic partner for numerous Bulgarian and international companies seeking transformative change and growth. Angelina shapes the company’s unique approach by blending sharp business acumen with innovative human development frameworks. She holds an Executive MBA from the American University in Bulgaria and a degree in Industrial Management from the University of Economics-Varna.
Driven by a vision to bring completeness to corporate training, Angelina intentionally anchored the company’s methodologies in pioneering techniques. She is a Master Trainer in AIKIDO TRAINING LINE® and a Certified Facilitator in both LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® and the FELDENKRAIS METHOD®. By weaving these diverse corporate, creative, and somatic philosophies into the core DNA of Heat Development Solutions, Angelina ensures that every program delivered transforms complex business challenges into measurable, long-term organizational resilience.
