Meet Your Facilitator

Angelina Ivanova, Managing Partner at Heat Development Solutions since 2003, brings over 20 years of expertise in training and development. She is the co-author of Aikido Training Line®, a certified facilitator in LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®, and an accredited practitioner of the FELDENKRAIS® method and DiSC psychometric analysis. In 2023, she founded Bulgaria’s first Feldenkrais Center after completing a four-year certification program. Angelina holds a degree in Industrial Management from the University of Economics – Varna and an Executive MBA from the American University in Bulgaria, with a focus on social entrepreneurship. Her extensive experience includes leading training and consulting projects for Bulgarian and international companies in leadership, business negotiations, and personal and team development.
