NAVIGATOR – Motivating & Engaging Teams
Managers are the key to an organization's success. But even the most experienced leaders can face challenges when it comes to managing people in real-world situations. That's why we often apply "NAVIGATOR: Leadership for High Engagement and Results" - a two-day training program that turns theory into action and gives managers practical tools to achieve goals by building a competent and engaged team.
Through this interactive simulation, leaders will:
Understand their own style and approach to management.
Master the skill of choosing the right tool for the right moment.
Put what they learn into action – immediately and with visible results.
Story Board: You are leading an expedition to a treasure island. Your team is composed of 12 Sailors with different behavior profiles and different engagement and readiness levels. Your mission is to reach the treasure island with as many Sailors as possible still onboard. Your leadership decisions will be crucial to make this journey successful. You will have the support of your team and a dedicated facilitator.
SHIFT – Adapting To Change
SHIFT is a simulation inspired by ‘Who Moved My Cheese’ and other well-established theories and models related to adapting to change and overcoming resistance. It focuses on REMOVING 4 main traps, as barriers which often stands between us and our true potential: Comfort Zone, Fear Zone, Habits Zone and Analysis Paralysis Zone. This experience will stretch participants to make decisions that challenge these restraining forces and will learn new remedial strategies inspired by thought leaders such as David Gleicher, Rick Maurer, Charles Duhigg, John Kotter & Stephen Covey.
Story Board: 4 friends are trapped in 4 different traps that are not allowing them to move forward. Your mission is to be able to set them free allowing them to move to their desired goals, represented in the metaphor as a hot-air balloon. You will play in teams and for each trap you will have several attempts. But each attempt is going to take your precious resource: Time. Your facilitator will help you through the experience understanding how can we deal with those 4 common traps we all face in our professional and personal spheres.
