Our Training Approach

We treat every training as a consulting project, aiming for real impact and change. Our focus is on applying learned concepts in practice, with targeted efforts at every stage. Programs are highly interactive, featuring group simulations, role-plays, awareness exercises, discussions, and small-group work.

- In Module “The Leader Within: We use the Aikido Training Line®— a unique holistic learning method based on the principles of Japanese martial arts, ensuring an engaging and impactful experience. Integrating Aikido principles deepens understanding of mindsets and behaviors. Gentle movements enable participants to experience concepts like proactivity, presence, and impact, enhancing the application and longevity of skills.

- In Module “People Management”: We employ the Navigator® digital simulation—a gamified approach based on proven leadership and change management concepts (Situational Leadership® by Dr. Paul Hersey, Change Management by John Kotter, SCARF by David Rock). Stages alternate with analysis, discussion, and tool explanations.
