Angelina Ivanova, Managing Partner at Heat Development Solutions, brings over 20 years of expertise in training and development. A certified facilitator in LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®, FELDENKRAIS®, and the DiSC psychometric analysis, Angelina also co-authored the innovative Aikido Training Line®, a learning method inspired by Japanese martial arts. She holds a degree in Industrial Management from the University of Economics – Varna and an Executive MBA from the American University in Bulgaria. Her extensive experience includes leading training and consulting projects for Bulgarian and international companies in leadership, business negotiations, and personal and team development.
